3. Bring something in the bag, used in leisure time. A pencil, a small knife and a piece of wood is Ok. A pack of chewing gum can given to your friend instead the tobacco or cigarette. A small knife or pencil is a new tool which can be played when a nervous and tense snarled.
4. Mentol candy. Store it in the bag for you to put in the mouth whenever there is a yearning for smoking.
